Hotel was fine, not expensive, very friendly staff. Room and bed was clean. There was however quite a bit of mold in the shower. Hotel is located very well, almost everything was within walking distance, or trams stopped around the corner. I don’t recommend solo female travellers (like myself) to go outside much at night as there is a lot of weed/cocaine pushers outside on the Main Street to the hotel who don’t really understand the word “no”

visited with my boyfriend for Christmas markets as the rooms were decently priced when we booked. Some of the staff were unwelcoming throughout our stay. We requested a double bedroom but were given a twin with the beds pushed together which had mould on the walls of the bedroom and bathroom. Other than that the rooms were clean. The room did get cold but there was a heater/AC. the location of the hotel was really good, however, it was very noisy at all times of the day and night. We were woken up quite a few times by the cleaners in the corridors and in the adjacent rooms.

I’ll list my review in pro’s & con’s Pro’s Good location Bed linen & towels good Con’s Sad tired decor both inside & outside Mould in bathrooms & on ceilings Wallpaper & paint lifting Pillows need replacing To be honest it’s worthy of its one star but in current state no more than that.

Staff at Reception were very nice and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location for centre of Lisbon is excellent. However, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired; to the point that we decided not to have the breakfast, which was included in the price. Build-up of many,many months of dust in both the toilet and bedroom. Towels were stained. Communal corridors used to store surplus mattresses. We will not stay here again.

I want to thank the staff Teodor and Màrio as well as Hristina. They work long hours for minimum wage but always welcome the guests with a big smile on their faces. You guys are incredible! Thank you very much🙏!
